Baldock Town Twinning has been exchanging visits with our twin town partners for decades: Eisenberg in Germany since 1988, and since 1998 with Sanvignes (France).  Both towns have been twinned together since 1970, showing how such links endure.

The Association is a local group run and funded by membership subscriptions and fund-raising events in the Baldock community and we welcome all those who share our aims of building international understanding and cooperation.

In these unpredictable and changing times such work is more important than ever.

Language is never a barrier, and lasting friendships have been forged over the years. Indeed, these exchanges are a wonderful way of learning about different cultures and languages, especially for young people.​
